Catherine Gagnon has over a decade of experience advising executive leadership on complex construction projects, risk management, and the alignment of legal strategy with business operations. A native of France who has lived and worked in Berlin, Germany, she brings a global perspective and cultural fluency to her practice. As an estate planning attorney, she supports individuals and families through careful listening, meticulous planning, and a commitment to protecting what matters most. Catherine holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Strasbourg, France. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School, summa cum laude.
Phil Harwood
Phil Harwood is the founder of Tamarisk Legal Advisors PLLC. He is an attorney and entrepreneur with over four decades of business management and leadership experience, bringing real-life experience and best practices to better meet his clients’ needs. He advises business owners and their teams on a variety of legal issues, including personal estate planning, business succession planning, valuation, entity formation, and business-related legal matters. Phil holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Executive MBA with honors from Michigan State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School, magna cum laude.
Zach Gagnon
Zach Gagnon is a business professional with an extensive financial and operations background – both international and domestic – in banking, consulting and food distribution. He oversees all administrative, financial, and compliance matters for the firm. He studied at both the University of Bonn and Free University of Berlin while completing a BBA in Finance and BA in German from Western Michigan University. Zach brings a global mindset, broad financial expertise, and years of operational experience to his role as Director of Administration.
